Questo luogo respira storia. La chiesa di San Landberto, situata nel cuore del quartiere, è uno dei monumenti più antichi di Ekeren. Probabilmente qui fu costruita una chiesa già nel decimo secolo. Il coro dell'attuale chiesa risale al quindicesimo secolo e la torre occidentale è stata costruita addirittura prima del 1504. Probabilmente la chiesa è dedicata al vescovo Lambertus, che nel settimo secolo predicava la fede in questa regione. Sul lato nord dell'edificio, all'altezza del coro maggiore, si trova la tomba della famiglia di stampatori Plantin-Moretus, nota per il museo omonimo di Anversa.
