Koudekot ha piantato 3 varietà di uva, tutte di varietà blu con la caratteristica comune di essere precoci. Un must per poter garantire vini fermi di qualità nel nostro clima settentrionale. Con 2 di queste varietà è possibile produrre, oltre ai vini rossi e rosati, anche vino bianco, ovvero il “Blanc de Bleu” del Blauer Zweigelt e il “Blanc de Noir” del Fruhburgunder, noto anche come Pinot Noir precoce. Inoltre, Koudekot produce con “Nouternaar” anche un prodotto locale a base di mele.
Dopo una visita guidata nel vigneto da parte del vignaiolo stesso, durante la quale viene anche spiegata la storia della viticoltura in Heuvelland, visiti la sala di vinificazione. Successivamente puoi degustare 5 vini diversi.
