Ex ex "Casa Cuvelier" fondata nel 1875 da E. Cuvelier, scalpellino, specializzato in pietra blu e bianca, marmo, scultura, camini, monumenti funerari, seguito da suo figlio architetto Henri Cuvelier (vedi targa). Fino agli anni '30 con negozio. Casa doppia di tre campate e tre piani sotto tetto a padiglione, con nucleo più antico e precedente atelier sul retro, della fine del XIX secolo. Facciata con rivestimento in pietra naturale (pietra bianca e pietra di Soignies), finestre incorniciate rettangolari e porta ad arco a destra. A sinistra il risalto laterale con precedente vetrina. Teste di diamante come decorazione dell'ultimo piano.
