La Gravos è una birra bionda o rossa. La bionda ha un bel attacco agrumato, leggermente speziata e con una buona amarezza. La rossa, un po' più dolce, ha i profumi della sua grande sorella.
Vengono prodotte nel cuore della Hesbaye, presso la « Brasserie du Flo » a Blehen, e a Liegi, presso la Brasserie « Brasse & Vous ».
Sono state sviluppate da 5 coppie di amici-ristoratori, seri e che sanno anche come festeggiare!
