La chiesa di Nostra Signora Immacolata Concezione è la chiesa parrocchiale di Schakkebroek, situata lungo la Amandinaweg.
La chiesa fu costruita dal 1908 al 1909, e sempre nel 1909 la parrocchia di Schakkebroek si distaccò da quella di Herk-de-Stad. È una basilica a croce in mattoni in stile neogotico. Il campanile quadrato si trova sul lato nord. Questo presenta quattro registri e un tetto a tendone come punta. Sotto il campanile è stata allestita una cappella in onore di Santa Amandina di Schakkebroek. Sul lato nord della facciata occidentale della chiesa si trova una piccola torre delle scale.
