Sei senza dubbio già inciampato in esse lungo il percorso: i bunker. Questi fanno tutti parte della Hollandlinie o Hollandstellung; dallo Zwin a Anversa lungo la kempenlinie. I tedeschi li costruirono durante la Prima Guerra Mondiale per sospetto nei confronti degli olandesi. Ma cosa ha a che fare questo con il patrimonio naturale? I bunker sono ormai talmente integrati nel paesaggio che conferiscono un certo valore, guarda solo le foto. Anche alcuni animali traggono beneficio dalla loro presenza. Per i pipistrelli questi sono luoghi ideali per svernare.
