Il Parco Regina Astrid non deve essere confuso con il Parco Regina. Il parco si trova sulla piazza omonima.

Da quando, nel 1991, sono state organizzate a Tournai le esposizioni floreali decennali della provincia dell'Hainaut, le aiuole di questo piccolo parco sono piene di rose di diverse varietà.

2 giochi d'acqua con fontane impreziosiscono il parco fiorito. Sullo sfondo risplende la facciata del Musée de la tapesserie.
