La metamorfosi di Oliver Laric mostra la mutazione di un comune rospo, o rospo europeo, in un tavolo. Laric svela approfonditamente questa trasformazione. Ogni fase di trasformazione è una scultura a sé stante, di pari peso e importanza. ‘Morphing’, la trasformazione fisica che un personaggio subisce, è un tema ricorrente nei suoi video, installazioni e sculture. Rappresentando creazioni che sono meno definite da categorie, Laric apre la strada a una nuova relazione di interdipendenza che annulla esplicitamente la superiorità dell'uomo.
