Fu eretto dopo la seconda guerra mondiale dalla famiglia Van Meenen di Moerkerke, come ringraziamento per la protezione durante i pesanti bombardamenti del quartiere durante la battaglia di 't Molentje.
Cappella in mattoni rossi sotto un tetto a due falde in tegole; timpano con porta ad arco a tutto sesto; coronato da una croce di ferro. Interno sobrio intonacato e tinteggiato, pavimento in cementine, altare con alcune piccole statue di santi.
