Bellissima passeggiata varia che alterna strade asfaltate e non asfaltate.
Abbiamo iniziato la passeggiata presso la biblioteca di Vorst e l'abbiamo percorsa in senso orario. All'inizio attraversiamo già il torrente Grote Laak che incrociamo di nuovo dopo 3,5 km presso la torre dell'acqua di Veerle. Segue brevemente il torrente Kleine Laak attraverso il bel Riserva Naturale Biezenhoed.
