Lungo il cammino, passi per villaggi medievali lungo il fiume. Leut si distingue per il castello Vilain XIIII, completo di fossato e parco all'inglese. Oud-Rekem è stato scelto nel 2008 come il villaggio più bello delle Fiandre. I traghetti ti portano sulla sponda olandese e di nuovo indietro. Attenzione: I traghetti per biciclette navigano solo da aprile a ottobre.
