Questo percorso attraversa il paesaggio ondulato della regione della Leie. La Leie, nota anche come il "Fiume d'Oro", forma l'asse centrale. All'epoca, lungo questo fiume venivano coltivate grandi quantità di lino di qualità. Vecchie fattorie e fabbriche in rovina ricordano l'industria florente del lino. Attraversi il paesaggio con prati umidi e filari di salici attraverso sentieri e vie pedonali. Sulla via del ritorno, passi per il storico villaggio di confine di Rekkem.
