Bad Laer [-ˈlɑːʁ] è un comune nel sud del distretto di Osnabrück, in Bassa Sassonia. Con le zone termali nelle frazioni di Hardensetten, Müschen, Westerwiede e Winkelsetten, il comune è riconosciuto ufficialmente come stabilimento termale dal 1975 e porta da allora il titolo di Bad. Nella sua forma attuale, la corporazione territoriale esiste dalla scissione del comune di Glandorf il 1° maggio 1981.
