La cattedrale di San Giacomo di Görlitz è la chiesa cattedrale della diocesi di Görlitz, sita nell'omonima città.
La cattedrale venne costruita fra il 1898 ed il 1900 e consacrata il 6 ottobre del medesimo anno. Originariamente era previsto che la nuova chiesa dipendesse dalla chiesa parrocchiale della Santa Croce in Görlitz, ma il cardinale Adolf Bertram, arcivescovo di Breslavia , elevò nel 1918 la nuova chiesa a chiesa parrocchiale. Nel marzo del 1947 mons. Ferdinand Piontek, vicario del capitolo della città di Breslavia, dovette andarsene come conseguenza della seconda guerra mondiale .
