Maria delle Catene è una chiesa di pellegrinaggio a Zell am Harmersbach, una città nel distretto di Ortenau di Baden-Württemberg, situata alla confluenza tra Harmersbach e Nordrach, che sfociano insieme nel Kinzig. La chiesa fa parte della parrocchia di Zeller St. Symphorian e quindi dell'arcidiocesi di Friburgo.
