La Villa Andreae è una villa protetta ai sensi della legge sui beni culturali a Kronberg im Taunus. Non deve essere confusa con la Villa Andreae nella vicina Königstein im Taunus.
La villa, con indirizzo Goethestraße 39 presso il Victoriapark, è stata costruita intorno al 1900 su incarico della famiglia Andreae nello stile dell'Art Nouveau. Nella realizzazione del parco, sono state costruite lungo il suo perimetro una serie di ville che caratterizzano il panorama urbano. Queste includono, sul lato est, le ville vicine Goethestraße 37, Goethestraße 39 e Goethestraße 43, che sono tutte sottoposte a tutela monumentale.
