La VR-Bank Spangenberg-Morschen eG è una banca cooperativa con sede a Spangenberg, nell'Hesse settentrionale. L'area commerciale comprende la città di Spangenberg e il comune di Morschen.
Le origini dell'attuale banca risalgono al quartiere Pfieffe di Spangenberg. Qui, il 16 febbraio 1889, fu fondata la cassa di risparmio e prestiti per il traffico cooperativo di denaro e merci. Nel 1912, questa si unì alla cassa Raiffeisen di Nausis. Nel 1973, grazie alla fusione con la Raiffeisenbank Mörshausen, fu fondata la Raiffeisenbank Spangenberg eG. Infine, nel 1991, la banca odierna fu istituita tramite la fusione con la Raiffeisenbank Morschen eG.
