La stazione di Casekow è un punto di sosta, in passato una stazione, nel comune di Casekow nel distretto di Uckermark. Fu inaugurata nel 1857 sulla linea ferroviaria di Stettino. Tra il 1899 e il 1945 si diramava anche la ferrovia Casekow–Penkun–Oder. Dal 1994 è rimasto solo un punto di sosta.
Il punto di sosta si trova al chilometro 99,6 della linea ferroviaria di Stettino, circa 500 metri a nord del centro abitato di Casekow nel distretto di Uckermark. Confina con Bahnhofstraße e Woltersdorfer Straße. Le stazioni vicine sono Petershagen, a circa quattro chilometri a nord-est, e Schönow cinque chilometri a sud-ovest. La stazione si trova nel consorzio di trasporto di Berlino-Brandenburg, abbreviato VBB.
