L'area naturale protetta Lippeaue da Stockum a Werne si trova nel territorio delle città di Bergkamen e Werne nel distretto di Unna in Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia.
L'area di circa 188 ettari è stata messa sotto protezione nel 2007 con il numero chiave UN-056. Si estende a sud-est e a est del centro città di Werne e a sud di Stockum, una frazione di Werne, lungo il fiume Lippe. Poco a sud scorre il canale Datteln-Hamm, mentre un po' più a sud si snoda la strada statale L 736.
