La chiesa di San Leonardo è la chiesa filiale cattolica romana di Prüm-Weinsfeld nel circondario dell'Eifel Bitburg-Prüm in Renania-Palatinato. La cappella appartiene alla parrocchia di Niederprüm nella comunità parrocchiale di Prüm nella diocesi di Treviri.
A Weinsfeld è attestata una chiesa sin dal XVI secolo, che è stata sostituita da un nuovo edificio nel XVIII secolo. La torre ovest di questa chiesa è ancora presente oggi, mentre l'aula corrispondente è stata demolita nel 1961. In precedenza era stato costruito, dall'altra parte della strada, un edificio con sala di 12 × 6 metri con un campanile, soffitto in legno a punta, galleria e numerose alte finestre strette. Il patrono della chiesa è San Leonardo di Limoges.
