Vivere la natura a piedi fino a un'altezza di 300 m e su un percorso di circa 5 km. Circa 20 anni fa, a Vlotho è stato creato il "Sentiero Didattico Naturale Bonstapel", che doveva avvicinare le persone alla natura e la natura alle persone.
Questo incantevole sentiero circolare si estende per circa 5 km attraverso la valle del torrente superiore Linnenbeeke, passando per le misteriose "Sette Fonti" fino alla strada Röntorfer, passando per il rifugio di Steinbründorf tra Nettelberg e Großem Selberg e poi giù al Kleine Selberg fino al punto di partenza sulla strada Hohehausener.
In totale 14 pannelli informativi lungo il percorso forniscono ai passeggiatori informazioni interessanti sulla fauna e la flora locali e indicano altre attrazioni turistiche.
