Il percorso lungo 35 km vi porterà da Rotenburg (Wümme) inizialmente attraverso la pianura del Wümme e la palude di Stelling, attraverso i villaggi di Westerholz e Jeersdorf fino a Scheeßel. Il moderno luogo con molta tradizione vi accoglie con un affascinante mulino ad acqua, un imponente museo locale con una interessante esposizione permanente di stampa a botte e con la chiesa di San Luca, costruita in stile barocco rurale. Su tranquille strade secondarie, attraverso ampi campi e oltre il torrente Veerse, arriverete infine di nuovo a Rotenburg (Wümme) passando per Bartelsdorf.
