Roses è un comune spagnolo di 20.197 abitanti situato nella comunità autonoma della Catalogna, in provincia di Girona.È un porto peschereccio e turistico e anche una rinomata località balneare in fondo al golfo omonimo nell'estrema propaggine pirenaica della Serra de Roses. Nel territorio comunale di Roses è presente un antico insediamento greco, Rhodas, che forse diede successivamente il nome all'attuale centro abitato.
