La cattedrale metropolitana primaziale di Santo Stefano è il principale luogo di culto cattolico della città di Sens, nel dipartimento della Yonne in Borgogna-Franca Contea , sede vescovile dell'arcidiocesi omonima.
È stata una delle prime cattedrali gotiche, costruita a partire dal 1135 e dedicata nel 1164. Il transetto venne aggiunto in stile gotico flamboyant tra il 1490 e il 1515 e la torre della facciata fu completata nella sua forma attuale solo nel 1534.
