L'acquedotto di Agen (Pont-canal d'Agen) è un acquedotto che trasporta il canale della Garonna attraverso la Garonna. Si trova nel comune di Agen, nella regione dell'Aquitania in Francia.
L'acquedotto è una struttura in muratura di pietra a vista composta da 23 archi, ciascuno di 20 m di luce, che al momento del suo completamento era l'acquedotto navigabile più lungo di Francia. Ha una lunghezza di 539 metri, una larghezza di 12,48 m e una larghezza del canale di 8,82 m.
