La tenuta di sei ettari sulle rive del fiume Creuse dispone di alloggi, ristorante e sale riunioni per un centinaio di persone.
Dal settembre 2021, il sito ospita un centro spirituale, gestito da un sacerdote nominato dal vescovo, con una comunità di laici consacrati e una fraternità laica.
Notre-Dame du Moulin diventa così un centro di accoglienza e formazione.
Accoglie gruppi (famiglie, aziende, associazioni) e singoli, per soggiorni che vanno da un giorno a diverse settimane.
