In quest'area aperta al pubblico sono stati piantati 120 alberi di 40 varietà di mele, pere, prugne e ciliegie, ed è anche un rifugio per la fauna e la flora: pipistrelli, gufi e passeriformi trovano rifugio nelle cassette di nidificazione o nei rifugi predisposti in loco. Si prega di notare: Il parco naturale regionale invita a percorrere i sentieri didattici da aprile a fine settembre, accompagnati da un libretto esplicativo disponibile in loco. Il frutteto conservatorio di Haybes è aperto tutti i giorni dalle 9.00 alle 19.00.
