Cowden () è un piccolo villaggio e una parrocchia civile nel distretto di Sevenoaks nel Kent, Inghilterra. La parrocchia si trova sulle pendici settentrionali del Weald, a sud-ovest di Tonbridge. L'antica High Street presenta cottage e case del villaggio classificati di Grado II, e c'è un'osteria chiamata The Fountain. Al censimento del 2011, la popolazione del villaggio era di 818.
I Romani costruirono la Via da Londra a Lewes attraverso quello che ora è il giardino di Waystrode Manor. I primi proprietari della manor lo ricevettero dal re Giovanni nel 1208.
