Il Monasteraki di Chrisopigi ha la chiesa più importante dell'isola chiamata "Panagia Chrisopigi" o "la Vergine Maria di Chrysopigi". La chiesa è stata costruita nel 1650. È stata eretta sulle fondamenta di un antico tempio. È una delle 224 chiese che funzionano oggi. Sul lato ovest della cala puoi vedere i resti del molo di carico utilizzato per trasportare i metalli estratti in barca a Lavrio.
