Icaria o Nicaria è un'isola della Grecia situata nell'Egeo centro-orientale, 19 km a sud-ovest da Samo. È tipicamente compresa fra le Sporadi Meridionali, anche se talvolta viene compresa nelle Isole del Nord Est Egeo, o nelle Sporadi Orientali . Dal punto di vista amministrativo costituisce un comune assieme a Fourni con 8.410 abitanti al censimento 2001. L'isola d'Icaria è annoverata tra la principali zone blu del mondo.
