Castellina Marittima è un comune italiano di 1 830 abitanti della provincia di Pisa in Toscana, nell'alta Maremma o Maremma settentrionale, storicamente conosciuta come Maremma Pisana. Dal 2011 fa parte dell'unione di comuni Unione dei comuni Colli Marittimi Pisani.
Forse villaggio di origini etrusche come documentano alcuni reperti archeologici, Castellina fu castello signorile, documentato dal 1276, facente parte della pieve di San Giovanni di Camajano .
