Erice è un comune italiano di 26 268 abitanti del libero consorzio comunale di Trapani in Sicilia.
Dal 1167 al 1934 ebbe il nome di Monte San Giuliano. Nel centro cittadino, posto sulla vetta dell'omonimo monte, è residente solo un'esigua percentuale di abitanti, mentre la maggior parte della popolazione si concentra a valle, nell'abitato di Casa Santa, contiguo alla città di Trapani.
