Capo Colonna è un promontorio sito otto chilometri a sud di Crotone, che costituisce la punta più orientale della penisola calabrese e delimita il limite meridionale del golfo di Taranto. La sua importanza risiede nella quantità di elementi storici che sono legati a questa punta di terra protesa sullo Ionio.
