La chiesa di Santo Spirito è una delle principali basiliche della città di Firenze. È situata nel quartiere dell'Oltrarno, la parte sud del centro storico, e con la sua semplice facciata domina la piazza omonima. Fu costruita sui resti del duecentesco convento agostiniano distrutto da un incendio nel 1371.
