La Cattedrale di San Zeno si trova in Piazza del Duomo ed è la chiesa principale di Pistoia. Si caratterizza per la tipica facciata toscana in bianco e nero. Da segnalare il Dossale di San Jacopo e un rilievo robbiano sopra il portale. L'attuale versione della cattedrale è il risultato di un restauro nel XII secolo.
Sulla destra si trova la Cappella di San Jacopo (detta anche Cappella del Crocifisso). Qui si può ammirare il Dossale di San Jacopo, uno dei pezzi d'argento più preziosi d'Italia, del peso di quasi una tonnellata e composto da 628 figure scolpite da vari artisti, tra cui Brunelleschi.
La vista della torre è incredibile. Nel battistero dall'altra parte della strada compri i biglietti e sali con una guida.
