Ooltgensplaat è un villaggio nel comune di Goeree-Overflakkee, nella provincia olandese dell'Olanda Meridionale. Il villaggio ha 2.660 abitanti, 981 abitazioni e 229 case vacanza, compresa la frazione Langstraat. Ooltgensplaat è stato un comune autonomo fino al 1966. In quell'anno Ooltgensplaat si è fuso con i comuni di Oude-Tonge e Den Bommel per formare il comune di Oostflakkee, che nel 2013 è stato incorporato nel nuovo comune di Goeree-Overflakkee.
