Kleaster Anjum o Kleaster Eanjum è un piccolo abitato in Waadhoeke nella provincia della Frisia, nei Paesi Bassi. Fino al 1963, aveva lo status di villaggio. Kleaster Anjum non è un'entità statistica, e le autorità postali l'hanno inserito sotto Berltsum. L'abitato ha cartelli con il nome del luogo. L'abitato è stato menzionato per la prima volta nel 1275 come Aninghum. Kleaster è stato aggiunto per distinguerlo da Anjum. Il monastero Maria's Berg è stato fondato nel sito intorno al 1256. È stato soppresso nel 1580.
