Il Regge è uno dei più grandi piccoli fiumi dei Paesi Bassi. Un ruscello largo solo un metro inizia a Diepenheim e termina oltre settanta chilometri più a nord come un ampio fiume nel Vecht presso Ommen. A est dell'Heuvelrug di Salland, il fiume serpeggia attraverso il tipico paesaggio a colonne del Twente.

Questo percorso in bicicletta ti porta dalla sorgente all'estuario del Regge nel Vecht presso Ommen.
