La Dobrugia è una regione storica dei Balcani che, dal XIX secolo, è ripartita tra la Bulgaria e la Romania. Situata tra il fiume Danubio inferiore e il mar Nero, comprende il delta del Danubio, la costa rumena e la parte più settentrionale di quella bulgara. Il territorio della Dobrugia si compone della Dobrugia settentrionale, facente parte della Romania, e della Dobrugia meridionale, inclusa nella Bulgaria.
