L'edizione 2007 della Allsvenskan è stato l'ottantatreesimo campionato di calcio svedese di massima divisione.
Il torneo, svoltosi tra il 6 aprile e il 28 ottobre 2007, fu l'ultimo con quattordici squadre partecipanti ai nastri di partenza. A partire dall'anno successivo si era deciso infatti di allargare i quadri del campionato a sedici squadre, ragion per cui una sola squadra fu condannata alla retrocessione in Superettan. Il campionato fu vinto in rimonta dall'IFK Göteborg, al suo diciottesimo titolo nazionale, il primo dopo undici anni.
