Durante uno dei rapimenti più famosi in Svezia, qui in questo luogo, riuscì a convincere completamente gli ostaggi a fidarsi dei rapitori, a supportarli e a proteggerli. Era il 23 agosto 1973 alla Sveriges Kreditbanken nella chic piazza Norrmalmstorg. Clark Olofsson è stato anche immortalato nella serie Netflix Clark.
