Café zogenaamd "DE KERSELAAR" zie opschrift. Interbellumwoning uit de jaren 1930. Villa op onregelmatige, L-vormige plattegrond, twee bouwlagen onder schilddaken (geglazuurde blauwe gegolfde pannen), breed overkragende gootlijsten. Parement van gele sierbaksteen, hoekpenanten uitgewerkt in donkere sierbaksteen. Tegen de rechter zijgevel, over de twee bouwlagen doorlopende bowwindow. Rechthoekige muuropeningen onder doorgetrokken witgeschilderde betonnen lateien. In de rechter zijgevel, oculus met glas-in-lood.
