Voormalige weverij zogenaamd "Le Tilleul", aan de Molenbeek gelegen achter nummer 36. Van 1968 af spinnerij van de groep zogenaamd "Utexbel", gesloten sedert augustus 1997. Oprichting van de vennootschap in 1927, bouw van de weverij in 1928 naar ontwerp van architect Henri Cuvelier; uitbreiding in 1930 onder leiding van dezelfde architect, onder meer bouw van magazijn, ketelhuis, nog bestaande maar ingekorte schoorsteen en een nieuwe weverij links naast de bestaande; verdere uitbreidingen naar achter toe in 1936, 1939 en 1941 eveneens naar ontwerp van Henri Cuvelier. Toevoeging van een laatste gebouw door Utexbel in de jaren 1970.
