Op een uitstekende rots, die bekend staat onder de naam ‘ela tournante roch’ staat het elegante gebouwtje van het ‘Belvédère’. De constructie is typisch 19e-eeuws: een houten dak gedragen door gietijzeren zuiltjes en fris geschilderd in rood en wit. Het werd rond 1900 in een algemene trend van een opkomend toerisme opgericht door de lokale ‘Société d’embellissement’.
Wat een prachtig panorama op de stad zou moeten zijn, wordt teniet gedaan door de hoog opgeschoten bomen die het beeld in de weg staan.
