De Bremecker Hammer is een monumentaal hamerwerktuig in Lüdenscheid, Noordrijn-Westfalen, dat tegenwoordig een museum over de geschiedenis van het smidsvak huisvest.
De hamer, gelegen aan de bovenloop van de Verse bij Lüdenscheid-Brüninghausen, is een indrukwekkende getuige van de ijzerhandel uit de voor- en vroegindustriële tijd. Hij is vanaf het jaar 1753 aantoonbaar en kreeg zijn huidige bouwvorm rond 1880. In 1972 werd de hamer aanvankelijk stilgelegd, maar zes jaar later weer geheractiveerd. Om de installatie operationeel te houden, werden alle beschikbare apparaten en machines gerepareerd. In 1980 werd het nu zogenaamde Schmiedemuseum Bremecker Hammer van de stad Lüdenscheid geopend.
