Tegel is een stadsdeel van de Duitse hoofdstad Berlijn en behoort tot het noordwestelijke district Reinickendorf. Het stadsdeel is vooral bekend vanwege de gelijknamige luchthaven Tegel, een van de twee vliegvelden van Berlijn. Tegel was oorspronkelijk een zelfstandig dorp en werd in 1920 geannexeerd door Groot-Berlijn. De bebouwing van het stadsdeel, dat ruim 33.000 inwoners telt, concentreert zich in het oosten. Het grootste deel van het grondgebied van Tegel wordt echter beslagen door bosgebied en de Tegeler See, een met de Havel verbonden meer. Tegel is gedeeltelijk gelegen in de Barnim .
