De Köterberg is een heuvel met top op 496 meter hoogte, onderdeel uitmakend van het Lipper Bergland, welke weer onderdeel is van het Weserbergland. Vanuit het plaatsje Polle overwin je in 13 kilometer een hoogteverschil van 406 meter. De laatste anderhalve kilometer is doodlopend en het steilst (tot 14%). Boven op de top staat een televisietoren en het Köterberghaus.
