De Spessartweiden zijn sinds 2001 een natuurreservaat in het Beierse Spessart in het gebied van de rivier de Lohr en haar zijwateren.
De westelijke Spessartweiden liggen in het Lohrbachtal tussen Heinrichsthal en Heigenbrücken in de Landkreis Aschaffenburg. Verspreide gebieden in het Bächlesgrund vallen ook onder natuurbescherming. Het onderste Lohrbachtal en de Kalte Grund in de Landkreis Main-Spessart vormen het zuidelijke deel van het natuurreservaat. Bijna het hele dal van de Aubach en de Birklergrund maken ook deel uit van het gebied. De oostelijke Spessartweiden liggen in het dal van de Lohr bij Frammersbach.
