Het Bismarck-mausoleum is de graven van Otto von Bismarck en zijn vrouw Johanna op de Schneckenberg in Friedrichsruh. De grafkapel staat tegenwoordig onder monumentenzorg.
In het bovenste deel van het mausoleum bevindt zich een epitaf, waarvan de inscriptie door Otto von Bismarck zelf was vastgesteld: „Een trouwe Duitse dienaar van keizer Wilhelm I.“ In het onderste deel, dat niet toegankelijk is voor het publiek, bevindt zich de grafkelder van de familie von Bismarck, waar Otto von Bismarck en zijn vrouw Johanna, evenals hun zoon Herbert von Bismarck en diens vrouw Marguerite, rusten. Op het terrein rondom de kapel ligt ook het graf van Gottfried von Bismarck-Schönhausen. De kapel en het terrein zijn nog steeds in het bezit van de familie Bismarck, maar kunnen worden bezichtigd en voor privéfeesten worden gehuurd.
