De Bäken van de Endeler en Holzhauser Heide zijn een natuurbeschermingsgebied in de Nedersaksische gemeente Visbek in de Landkreis Vechta, de stad Wildeshausen en de gemeente Großenkneten in de Landkreis Oldenburg, evenals de gemeente Emstek in de Landkreis Cloppenburg.
Het natuurbeschermingsgebied met het kenmerk NSG WE 189 is ongeveer 500 hectare groot. Hiervan valt 345 hectare onder de Landkreis Vechta, 125 hectare onder de Landkreis Oldenburg en 30 hectare onder de Landkreis Cloppenburg. Het natuurbeschermingsgebied komt vrijwel overeen met het gelijknamige FFH-gebied en is grotendeels omringd door de landschapsbeschermingsgebieden “Auetal, Holzhauser Heide, Steinhorst, Ahlhorner Heide” en “Endeler- en Langenheide met de valleien van de Engelmannsbäke, Twillbäke, Schaarenbäke en Aue”. Het gebied staat sinds 4 juni 1988 onder natuurbescherming. Bevoegde lagere natuurbeschermingsautoriteiten zijn de landkreisen Vechta, Oldenburg en Cloppenburg.
